How does a dating app photo session work?

A photo session designed to create photos for your dating profile for Match, Bumble, Tinder, Hinge, and other online dating apps like that, is going to be fun and easy! A few emails or a phone call with me will help you know what to bring and how to prepare and help me know how to plan your photo session. The day of your session we will spend the first 10 minutes of your session chatting and getting comfortable, going through your clothing to make choices, and I answer any last questions you still have.

Much like a business branding session, where you are trying to create images that attract your ideal client, a dating photo session should be also create images that attract your ideal date or partner! So my job of bringing out real expressions and choosing locations and poses that make sense for you is really important.

We will look at the back of the camera together and collaborate because these are your photos and this way we can make changes as we go. Plan on 1 1/2 hours and bring enough clothing choices for 5-6 outfit changes so your dating app has enough variety and the photos don’t look like they were all done on the same day. It is really important to be yourself and feel comfortable in the clothes you brought so you are authentic.

After the session I will send you a preview gallery by email that you can look through and make your selection of favorites. Need help deciding on the final images? I can help with that as well! Finally, I send you lightly retouched images that are ready to upload and use. The whole process is usually complete in about 2 weeks. Are you ready to find that special someone?
